We are seeking an experienced and personable Residential Plumber to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Residential Plumber will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services to both new construction and existing residential properties. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with high-end residential customers. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional appearance, and the ability to represent Hamilton with exceptional service and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
- Install plumbing systems in new residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining work performed, answering questions, and offering solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and respect customers' homes and property.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience (service and new construction).
- Current plumbing license or certification preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele.
- Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in high-end residential properties.
- Cross-training in other trades (electrical or HVAC) is a plus.
Work Environment / Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday (7:45 am to 4:30 pm) with occasional emergency calls or weekend work as needed.
- Primarily field work, driving to customer homes and construction sites.
